Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Client Services Liaison to support our Franklin, Indiana operation. As a Client Services Liaison, you will be responsible for growing/maintaining a positive relationship between client and Distribution Center by taking complete ownership of the relationship, effectively processing orders, providing diligent follow-up to inquiries and actively assessing value add opportunities. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm 
  • Competitive base salary based on experience

Job Details

What to expect as a Client Services Liaison:

  • Manage all aspects of a client’s fulfillment business; including reconciling reports, ensuring Operations is meeting service levels, files are loaded and effectively communicating with client via meetings and emails.
  • Act as primary liaison between client and Operations.  This involves dealing quickly and efficiently with client inquiries by phone or email.
  • Provide solutions for client issues, while maintaining and encouraging growth in the relationship.
  • Proactively assess possible delays or complications; and work with Operations to strategically plan to avoid or minimize them.
  • Develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices that improve customer service efficiency.
  • Develop, monitor and report on metrics and daily checklists, for measuring and monitoring performance and service levels, such as Daily Shipment Reports and Unshipped Orders Report.
  • Effectively communicate client needs, including daily; and/or upcoming, priorities to Operations for planning purposes.
  • Monitor IT Data file transfer processes as a QC measure.
  • Work with Inbound on Non Compliant Receipts (NCR’s) and work with client on resolutions; and effectively communicate priorities of NCR’s to Inbound for potential rework.
  • Coordinate Value Added Services requests; and confirm billing is accurate.
  • Work with client, Operations and Inventory Control to review, research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Document Customer Complaints and work with Operations to identify root cause and corrective action(s).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year Account Management in a high-volume transaction environment.
  • Experience in Direct to Consumer, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing or Order Fulfillment and knowledge of supply chain processes and systems desired.  
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under time constraints while still recognizing the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers is required; in a professional manner; while maintaining a complete understanding of both client and company expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and obtain results with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively utilize reporting tools to analyze client trends and anticipate needs.
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through.
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage time and projects.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
