Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to support Sunny Life at our Franklin, Indiana operation. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the department.  A person in this job will interface with customers, customer service, and follow-up to see that orders in your area of responsibility are shipped in a timely manner. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

• Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Starting Pay is $21.25 per hour

What to expect as a Warehouse Team Lead:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and keeping associates focused and motivated to complete production goals.
• Assess relevant training needs for associates.
• Keep up to date on relevant skill and qualification levels required by associates for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the teams as appropriate.
• Promotes safety through established safety and incentive programs.
• Direct associates toward achieving production goals in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Responsible for tracking key metrics on an hourly and daily basis.
• Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required

 Qualifications:

• If not already equipment certified, candidate must become equipment certified.
• Must be knowledgeable of basic warehouse rules and regulations. 
• Must be skilled in the use of MS Office programs (Excel, Internet, email)
• Must be able to lift up to 20-30 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• General math skills required.
• Satisfactory understanding of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
