Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of inbound and outbound shipments at the dock to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and monthly bonus opportunity!

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  • Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

What to expect as a Quality Assurance Associate:

• Perform detailed audits of inbound and outbound shipments to verify accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and company specifications.
• Accurately document findings and discrepancies during audits.
• Verify that all items are correctly labeled and packaged according to company guidelines.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor stock levels and report any inconsistencies to management.
• Operate cherry pickers/order pickers, reach trucks, and/or dock stockers as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of Quality Assurance and/or Inventory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, and warehouse functionality preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP required.
• Ability to resolve exceptions and errors in a timely manner.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work overtime; including weekends
