Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Janitor to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Warehouse Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the warehouse floor and office spaces. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and efficient working environment for all staff. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and monthly bonus opportunity!

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 2:15pm to 10:45pm
  • Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

What to expect as a Janitor:

• Empty all trash containers and replace liners in both warehouse and office areas
• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum floors and rugs in both warehouse and office areas
• Clean and sanitize employee restrooms, breakrooms, and offices
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in restrooms and breakrooms.
• Clean breakroom microwaves and refrigerators on a regular basis
• Dispose of trash, leaves, and other debris from the property as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Willing to be cross-trained and work in other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use, dilution, and labeling of all cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Flexible to work overtime; including weekends
