Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Facility Maintenance Associate to support our Franklin, IN operation. As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Starting pay $22.00 per hour

Job Details

What to expect as a Facility Maintenance Associate:

  • Perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning.
  • Responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
  • Previous maintenance experience and solid technical knowledge.
  • Reliable with a keen eye for detail.
  • Possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Qualifications:

  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, climb, bend, and squat
  • Manipulation of hands, feet and fine motor skills required
